Rental home listings for discerning tenants. We value our association as existing tenants have given us the finest compliment - referral to their friends and relatives. Existing / former tenants have referred 11 of our current tenants. All the houses come with cooking range, refrigerator(s), dish washer, clothes washer, drier. There is 1 or more programmable thermostats for reducing energy bills. Single family homes and 3  level townhouses have 2 refrigerators. We also give permission to tenants to paint houses in owner approved color. We can provide additional upgrades with increased monthly rent or one time upfront costs borne by tenant and paying listed rent. The houses have driveway or carport or assigned parking spots but NO garages.

Prompt review and decision on receipt of complete information. If unit is available, tenant is qualified only then early move in is possible. Lease available for mutually agreeable duration or 12/24/36 months. Monthly rent is more than $1300 for all properties.

For houses listed below interested tenant can look at house description, photos online. If interested see house per mutual convenience. For tenant convenience completed application can be submitted even 75 days in advance of tenant planned move date or lease end date mentioned below.

Amounts listed below are suggested rent and if desired can be offered higher in your application form after viewing excellent house interior. For lease less than 12 months add 20+% to suggested rent, for lease less than 6 months add 30+% to suggested rent and write this higher number in your completed application form.

All units were occupied by high earning tenants hence maintained very well or recently purchased and have been extensively remodeled.

For Section 8 / Voucher program contact your local housing office regarding the program and rent amount / number of bedrooms approval. We do NOT consider applicants submitted by realtors for Section 8 tenants. Section 8 applicants can sign any duration or at least 2 year lease. Send completed, standard Rental Application form with all attachments, Housing Choice Voucher Program signed form, RTA / Request for Tenancy Approval signed form along with the voucher copy for processing.
